The Blanchard 8-12 is ideally suited for the grinding of small parts, which must be processed to extremely close size, flatness and parallelism tolerances as well as to fine finish requirements.
Typical applications for the Blanchard 8-12 include the grinding of all ferrous and non-ferrous materials and specialty materials such as glass, quartz, carbide, ferrite and other related components
The Blanchard series 11-20 is ideally suited for small to medium size work pieces which must be ground to extremely close size, flatness and parallelism tolerances as well as to fine surface finish requirements.
Typical applications for the Series 11-20 include the grinding of all ferrous and non-ferrours materials and specialty materials such a glass, quartz, carbide, ferrite and other related components.
The Blanchard 20 series is ideally suited for medium size work pieces, which must be ground to close size, flatness and parallelism tolerances, as well as to fine surface finish requirements. It has a 36" diameter magnetic chuck and swings 48" inside the water guards, with a vertical range of 24".
The Blanchard 22 series is ideally suited for medium size work pieces, which must be ground to close size, flatness and parallelism tolerances, as well as to fine surface finish requirements. It is offered in a heavy duty profile with optional higher horsepowers of 75 and 100 HP for those medium size workpieces that require a higher grinding power. The standard 22 machine is equipped with a 50 HP grinding wheel drive.
The Blanchard 26 series is ideally suited for medium size work pieces, which must be ground to close size, flatness and parallelism tolerances, as well as to fine surface finish requirements. It is offered with a 100 horsepower grinding wheel drive system for work pieces requiring higher horsepower.
The Blanchard 32-60 Series is ideally suited for the grinding of larger size work pieces when higher horsepower requirements are present. These grinders can process components from "rough" to "finish in the same set-up, eliminating the costly transfer of components between work centers. It uses a 32" diameter grinding wheel with a 100 HP drive motor and has a magnetic chuck of 60" and swings 72" inside the water guards.
The Blanchard 36 series is ideally suited for grinding larger size work pieces when higher horsepower requirements are present. These grinders can process components from "rough" to "finish" in the same set-up, eliminating the costly transfer of components between work centers. It is equipped with a 36" grinding wheel driven by a 150 HP drive motor and has a 66" magnetic chuck and swings 84" inside the water guards. The standard vertical range of the 36 is 24," but has two optional vertical ranges of 36" and 48:.
The Blanchard 42-84 series is ideally suited for grinding larger size work pieces. These grinders can process components from "rough" to "finish" in the same set-up, eliminating the costly transfer of components between work centers. It uses a 42" diameter grinding wheel powered by a 150 HP drive. The magnetic chuck is 84" in diameter and the swing diameter inside the water guards is 85." A 96" swing inside the water guards is optionally available. Higher horsepower drives are also available as options.
The Blanchard series 54-84 is ideally suited for grinding large size workpieces. These grinders can process components from "rough" to "finish" in the same set-up, eliminating the costly transfer of components between work centers. It uses a 54" diameter grinding wheel driven by a 150 HP motor. The magnetic chuck is 84" in diameter and the swing diameter is 128" inside the water guards. The standard vertical range of the machine is 33" with options to go to 45" and 60."
The Blanchard 73-120 series is ideally suited for grinding large size workpieces up to 164" swing diameter. These grinders can process components from "rough" to "finish" in the same set-up, eliminating the costly transfer of components between work centers. It is equipped with a 73" diameter wheel driven by a 200 HP motor, with optional 250 and 300 HP drives available. The magnetic chuck is 120" with a swing inside the water guards of 164". The machine has vertical range of 60" as standard.
