Models

H 250 R Rotor Hobbing Machine

The H 250 R is the strongest version within the medium H series. Its sturdy, high-torque hob head is designed for applications with large modules and tooth depths that require higher cutting forces. The H 250 R is fitted with an extended tool head swivel for higher helix angles and a countercolumn extension in order to clamp longer workpieces like shafts. For more efficient handling, the machine can be fitted with a heavy ring loader or can be directly linked to an external robotic loader. The H 250 R is available with a rotor-specific software package, developed under real manufacturing conditions.

H 600 R Rotor Hobbing Machine

The H 600 R is based on the very stable and rigid machine series H 600/800 for the most demanding cutting tasks, in dry or wet execution. The machine employs all hobbing techniques (axial, radial/axial, tangential, diagonal) of spur and helical gears using one or multiple cut technology with climb or conventional feed, exploiting the different tool solutions available on the market.

The H 600 R features an extra high-torque hob spindle with an enlarged swivel angle range to cut workpieces with larger modules and tooth depths. The extended counter column allows the clamping of long and slim shapes like rotors or shafts.Given the cutting forces typical of this type of application, particular attention has been placed on the rigidity of moving components. In fact a strong and stable hobbing spindle guarantees jolt-free hobbing of large rotors, while the powerful, fast torque drive ensures top-quality performance when single index milling with high torque or when cutting smaller workpieces at higher speeds.
