  DMP
  Data Collecting Platform

  The core of LMS/FMS is the data collecting platform DMP. DMP will collect all slight and critical data from each stage of the entire process to do summarizing and analyzing.

  PMS
  Personnel management system

  PMS will record the operation history and offer authorization management based on individual personnel.PMS will offer ability matrix view according to the operators' attributes.

  MDC
  Manufacturing data collection

  MDC can count the status, efficiency, system warning, productivity of the whole line from each device to display in an centralized view.
  MDC will help the line manager to get a full control of the production condition and therefore customer could adjust the production rhythm more easily.MDC can count the device status, production efficiency, warning info, device productivity, tool condition from individual device as well and display in a centralized view. This will help the device supervisor to have a better understanding of device status, warning message and tool condition, so that customer can setup better plans for maintenance and tool changing.

  TPM
  Total productive maintenance

  TPM will help the line manager to make individual plans of each device according to different maintenance requirement and also setup a detailed maintenance record log. TPM will also display live maintenance messages or push message reminders to related technician to improve the maintenance process.

  MM
  Material inventory management

  Material inventory management will record the material information like component ID, manufacturing information, related production processes and manufacturing program for products which are planned to be produced in early stage. By maintaining the data, allocation of the material will be more efficient in late stage of production executive process. MM is also able to link with WMS to enable real time material replenishment, unload and allocation. Material inventory management module can handle the clamp and pallet warehouse organizing for FMS. The material flow information and production status will be recorded and the material information will then feedback to operator directly through PLC and HMI.

  TDI
  Tool management system

  TDI module can read/write data from manual measuring or presetting machine to maintain the tool usage data (tool type, length, diameter etc.). The life of tools will be monitored by live monitoring of machine tool. The maintenance and inquiry of tool usage status will be much more easier.The shut down time period will be reduced and device utilization rate will be improved by tool life warning and presetting auto writing.

  DNC
  Distributed numerical control

  DNC system can provide version management to ensure the latest version of program is always used in production. It can also ensure the old version of program will not be lost. The customer can also define the version information and maintain a version change log. DNC system can help to simplify the process management, comparison between different versions of programs and the change records.

  JOB
  Job management system

  By using JOB module, one can inquire the production missions and get live statistics about production plan status. It will be easier for the production managers to understand how is the production plan going on. Any unusual production will be identified and dealt with in time.

  APS
  Production planning and scheduling

  APS module will read information from work order and schedule the production plan automatically according to current line resource (like device, material, tools etc.). APS module will help to arrange the resources more efficiently to maximize the utilization rate of production resources.

  SPC
  Quality data collecting

  SPC module can read the components quality info from inspection devices and bind the result with each component, in this case customer will have a detailed quality statistics record and the possibility to do quality tracking in the future. With the cooperation of HMI MasterLink H1 and manual SPC station, the quality data measured in sampling inspection of components will be uploaded and stored in the server.

  MDC
  Manufacturing data collecting

  MDC use serial port to communicate with sensors to monitor the live status of workshop environments. (temperature, humidity, electricity, water and compressed air consumption). MDC can help to count none productive consumption by monitoring the total energy consumption of the line, with these data customer could calculate the productive cost easily and accurately

  PROTRAK
  Process data tracking Process Data Tracking

  LMS module is connected with manufacturing devices, it will record the route of workpiece in manufacturing process. With related timestamps, the reference parameter of each process will be linked with devices. By using PROTRAC, customer can inquire component productive process reference by ID or code to track and locate the problem of NG parts.
  Customer could track NG parts to the exact process and setup dedicated maintenance plan for a specific device to ensure the quality in future production.

  VISION
  Vision board

  VISION module is configurable with graphic interface. Customer could customize the layout according to their needs simply with drag and drop. Some widgets are related to calculation results, but it is also very simple to edit by just change the storage process. In VISION module, customer could configurate the interface by themselves to show either live status of the automatic line, or to monitor the production progress, or to check the efficiency statistics etc.

  Data exchange interface Data

  Data interactive interface is reserved in LMS. Data functions needed can be defined in advance according to customer or third party software. LMS can interact with warehouse WMS system and AGV navigation system to replenish the automatic line with material in real time.
